- All teams and equipment will be inspected for safety and stability prior to each race.
- A chariot is a two-wheeled vehicle that requires the driver to stand and has no seat. A pleasure vehicle will not be allowed to compete as a chariot.
- Chariots shall be used in all classes other than the Chuckwagon race, which requires a four-wheeled wagon.
- Any other intentional distraction during a race may be reason for disqualification.
- These matters will be ruled on by the stewards of each race.
