- All gates to the arena shall be closed during the running of every event. No gate shall be opened until the rider has completed the course and the arena is clear. A means shall be made to close roping chutes for all cattle classes.
- Ground and facilities shall be in serviceable condition so as not to harm or injure animals or contestants.
- All classes shall be held within a perimeter fence.
